Terms and conditions
The kahrobot.com website and the Kahrobot learning platform are owned and operated by Kahrobot LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. “Kahrobot” is the trade name used by Kahrobot LLC.
Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Paddle when it is offered on the checkout page. When you pay with Stripe, Kahrobot LLC is the seller and Stripe only processes the payment.
When you pay with Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record, and the buyer also agrees to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's refund policy.
1. Definitions
“Kahrobot” means the digital learning platform available at kahrobot.com, referred to in these terms as “the Platform” or “we”.
“User” or “Student” means anyone who visits the website, creates an account, or buys or uses any course or learning material offered through the Platform.
2. Nature of the service
Kahrobot offers digital courses and learning content in electronics, Arduino, programming, industrial automation, control systems, robotics and related technical fields.
A course may include videos, simulations, quizzes, hands-on projects, downloadable files, certificates of completion, or additional materials, as described on each course page.
Kahrobot courses do not represent a university degree, professional license or government accreditation, unless clearly stated otherwise on the course page.
3. Creating an account
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activity under your account.
- Accounts may not be shared, sold or made available to more than one user.
- Your account can stay signed in on up to 3 devices at the same time. Signing in on a fourth device automatically ends the oldest session.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
If the user is a minor under the laws of their country, registration and purchases must be made with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
4. Prices and payment
Course prices, currencies and any applicable taxes or fees are shown during checkout. Prices and offers may change from time to time or vary by country and currency.
When you pay with Stripe, Kahrobot LLC is the seller and Stripe only processes the card payment.
When you pay with Paddle, Paddle acts as the registered seller (Merchant of Record) for the transaction, including collecting payment, issuing receipts and handling taxes and refunds under its policies, and the payment transaction is then also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
In both cases, the use of content and access to Kahrobot courses are governed by these terms.
5. Course access
Access begins once payment is confirmed and the student is enrolled in the course. The access period is as stated on the course page at the time of purchase.
If no specific period is stated, access continues for as long as the course is available on the Platform, and Kahrobot reserves the right to update or reorganize content or replace some tools and materials while preserving the course's core learning goal.
Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical failures beyond our control, and we will work to restore the service within a reasonable time.
6. License and intellectual property
Buying a course grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the content for personal learning only.
All videos, texts, graphics, files, projects, code, logos and learning materials remain the property of Kahrobot or the rights holders who licensed them.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, record, republish or distribute the content.
- Share course files or login details with others.
- Resell the content or use it to create a competing course.
- Remove watermarks or copyright notices.
- Use the content for commercial purposes or unauthorized group training.
PDF files you download from a course carry a small line at the bottom of every page with your account email, account number and download date, so any copy published without permission can be traced. Course file links work only for the enrolled account.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform, bypass its security measures, or access unauthorized accounts or content.
Uploading malicious files, using the Platform for fraud, abusing others, or infringing intellectual property rights or any applicable regulations is also prohibited.
8. Safety and practical responsibility
Do not work on hazardous voltages, industrial equipment or moving machinery without proper qualifications, supervision by a competent person, and approved isolation and safety procedures.
Users are responsible for checking connections and voltages and assessing risks before powering any circuit or device. Kahrobot is not responsible for damage resulting from ignoring safety instructions or using the content incorrectly or outside its educational scope.
9. Learning and career outcomes
We work to provide practical, well-structured content, but results depend on the student's commitment, level, and time spent practicing. We therefore do not guarantee a job, promotion, income or any specific career outcome from enrolling in a course.
10. Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Kahrobot's refund policy, the consumer's mandatory rights, and Paddle's policy when the transaction is made through Paddle.
When a refund is accepted, enrollment in the course may be cancelled and access to the content, files and certificate linked to the refunded order may be withdrawn.
11. Account suspension or termination
Kahrobot may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a material breach of these terms, including account sharing, content piracy, fraud or misuse of the Platform.
Users may stop using the Platform at any time, but deleting an account does not automatically result in a refund of amounts paid.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kahrobot is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data, profits or opportunities resulting from using or being unable to use the Platform.
Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory laws.
13. External links and services
The Platform may contain links, tools or services provided by third parties, such as Stripe, Paddle, Tinkercad, Arduino, or sign-in and analytics services. These services are subject to the terms and policies of their providers, and we do not control their availability or content.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the Platform develops, when new services are added, or in response to legal or operational requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the consumer has in their country of residence, or to any separate terms Paddle applies to transactions made through it.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue or dispute amicably.
